ASEAN-Korea Trade and Investment Roundtable 2024

한-아세안 무역투자 라운드테이블 2024 개최

The ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) jointly organized the ‘ASEAN-Korea Trade and Investment Roundtable 2024’ with the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) on 8 May 2024. This year’s topics were “ASEAN-Korea Cooperation in Global Value Chain and Digitalization”, and the roundtable was participated by H.E. Thant Sin, Myanmar Ambassador to Republic of Korea (ROK) and the Chair of ASEAN Committee in Seoul, H.E. Lee Jang-keun, the Ambassador of ROK to ASEAN and H.E. Kim Chang-beom, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Federation of Korean Industries.

Experts gathered to explore strategies for supply chain and digitalization cooperation between ASEAN and Korea. They discussed trends in international affairs, changes in trade policies, and geopolitical shifts.
