‘2023 ASEAN Architecture Tour’ videos released for Brunei Darussalam, Lao PDR, and Myanmar

‘2023 아세안 건축 여행’ 브루나이∙라오스∙미얀마 3개국 영상 공개

 

The ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) released ASEAN Tourism Promotional Videos on January 31, completing the documentary series “ASEAN Architecture and Culture Tour”.

The videos aim to showcase ASEAN and its diverse cultural and tourism resources and promote ASEAN-Korea tourism cooperation. Following the four videos produced in 2022 and three videos in 2023, the final three videos highlight the architecture and way of life in Brunei Darussalam, Lao PDR, and Myanmar.

The Brunei Darussalam video introduces the architecture and culture of Brunei Muara and Belait, regions that are known for their golden skylines and opulent treasures. The video for Lao PDR features the architecture and culture of the capital Vientiane and Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its outstanding cultural, historical, and architectural values. The Myanmar video highlights Yangon, the country’s commercial hub, and Bagan, a sacred landscape that features an extraordinary array of Buddhist art and architecture.

The ‘2023 ASEAN Architecture Tour’ videos are now available on AKC’s YouTube Channel, as well as a video featuring the architecture of the ten ASEAN Member States that was produced to promote ASEAN as a single tourism destination.

한-아세안센터는 1월 31일 한-아세안센터 유튜브 채널을 통해 ‘아세안 건축 여행’ 시리즈 중 마지막 영상을 공개했습니다.

아세안의 다양한 문화와 관광 자원을 소개하고 한-아세안 간 관광협력을 증진하기 위해 제작된 이번 영상은 2022년도에 제작한 4개국 영상과 2023년에 제작된 3개국 영상에 이은 마지막 시리즈로, 브루나이∙라오스∙미얀마 3개국의 건축물을 조명하고 각국의 문화와 삶의 방식을 선보입니다.

브루나이 편은 황금빛의 도시 전경과 화려한 보물로 알려진 브루나이 무아라와 벨라잇, 라오스 편은 수도인 비엔티안과 유네스코 세계문화유산으로 지정된 루앙프라방, 그리고 미얀마 편은 경제 허브인 양곤과 세계적인 불교 유적지인 바간지역의 건축과 문화를 다루고 있습니다.

‘아세안 건축 여행’ 영상 및 아세안을 하나의 관광지로 홍보하고자 제작된 10개국의 건축문화 통합본 영상 모두 한-아세안센터 유튜브 채널을 통해 확인할 수 있습니다.
