한-아세안센터는 12월 9일 한-아세안 협력을 주제로 “2022 주한아세안교수협의회(CAPK)* 학술 세미나”를 전북대학교 동남아연구소와 공동으로 지원했습니다.

* 주한아세안교수협의회(Council of ASEAN Professors in Korea: CAPK)는2019년 한-아세안 대화관계 수립 30주년을 맞아 한-아세안센터의 지원으로 발족한 협의체입니다. 한국에 거주중인 아세안 국가 출신 교수 및 박사생으로 구성되어 있습니다.

국내에 거주 중인 아세안 출신 교수들과 박사생 26명이 참석한 이번 세미나는 ▲이주와 복지, ▲경제와 정치, ▲교육의 관점에서 본 한-아세안 협력 현황과 주요 과제에 대한 발표와 토론으로 진행됐습니다.

또한, 한지공예 체험과 전주 한옥마을 방문 등 주한아세안협의회 회원들간의 네트워킹의 기회도 마련되었습니다.

The ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) jointly supported the organization of the “2022 CAPK* Academic Seminar” with Council of ASEAN Professors and the Jeonbuk National University Institute for Southeast Asian Studies (JISEAS) in Jeonju on 9 December.

*The Council of ASEAN Professors in Korea (CAPK) was first launched in 2019 on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of ASEAN-Korea Dialogue Partnership, supported by the ASEAN-Korea Centre. The members are professors and researchers (including Ph.D. students) of ASEAN nationalities in Korea.

Held under the theme ‘ASEAN-Korea Relations,’ the seminar invited 26 professors and PhD students of ASEAN nationalities in Korea. The seminar included presentations by CAPK members and discussion sessions on ASEAN-Korea relations from the perspectives of ▲Migration and Welfare, ▲Economics and Politics, and ▲Education.

The program also provided networking opportunities among participants through cultural activities such as Hanji craft class and a visit to Hanok Village in Jeonju.
