Courtesy Visit to the Minister and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea

김재신 사무총장, 조태열 외교장관 및 정병원 차관보 예방

H.E. Kim Jae-shin, the 6^th Secretary General of the ASEAN-Korea Centre, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Cho Tae-yul, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea and H.E. Chung Byung-won, Deputy Minister for Political Affairs on 19 April to share the AKC’s role and programs in fostering the ASEAN-Korea partnership.

Secretary General Kim Jae-shin, who took office on 16 April, expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea since the establishment of the Centre and asked for continued attention and participation, emphasizing that this year marks the 35^th anniversary of the ASEAN-Korea dialogue relations and the 15^th anniversary of the establishment of the ASEAN-Korea Centre.

4월 19일, 김재신 한-아세안센터 제6대 사무총장은 조태열 외교장관과 정병원 차관보를 차례로 예방하여 한-아세안센터의 다양한 활동들과 한-아세안 파트너십을 위한 센터의 역할을 공유하였습니다.

지난 4월 16일 취임한 김재신 사무총장은 대한민국 외교부의 센터에 대한 협조와 지지에 사의를 표하고, 올해가 한-아세안 대화관계 수립 35주년과 한-아세안센터 설립 15주년을 맞이하는 기념비적인 해임을 강조하며 앞으로도 대한민국 외교부의 각별한 관심과 참여를 요청하였습니다.
