The 52nd Meeting of the Executive Board
제52차 한-아세안센터 집행위원회 회의 개최
The 52nd Meeting of the Executive Board (EB)* of the ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) was held on 29 August at the AKC, Seoul.
* Executive Board of the ASEAN-Korea Centre: As the Centre’s official supervisory and advisory body, it is comprised of representatives from the 10 ASEAN Embassies in Seoul and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of ROK, with regular meetings held 3 times a year.
During the Meeting, the AKC shared outcomes of the programs completed in the first half of FY2023 and discussed upcoming program schedules, including ‘ASEAN-Korea ESG Forum (November),’ ‘ASEAN Week (November),’ and ‘ASEAN-Korea Forum (October),’ as well as requested EB’s continued cooperation for the latter half of the year.
EB members commended the AKC for actively continuing offline and outbound programs and reaffirmed their strong cooperation and participation in the upcoming AKC programs.
제52차 한-아세안센터 집행위원회 정례회의가 8월 29일 한-아세안센터에서 개최되었다.
* 한-아세안센터 집행위원회(Executive Board of the ASEAN-Korea Centre): 주한 아세안 10개국 대사관 및 한국 외교부 대표들로 구성된 센터 공식 감독 및 자문기구로 연 3회 정례회의 개최.
이번 회의에서 센터는 2023 회계연도 상반기에 실시된 사업성과를 공유하고, ‘한-아세안 ESG 포럼(11월),’ ‘아세안위크(11월),’ ‘한-아세안포럼(10월)’ 등 하반기 주요 사업 계획 및 협조 사항에 대해 논의하였다.
집행위원들은 작년에 이어 센터가 오프라인 및 아웃바운드 사업을 재개하여 활발히 시행한 것을 높이 평가하였으며, 앞으로도 성공적인 사업을 위해 가능한 모든 지원과 협력을 약속하였다.
