7월 한 달간 5개교 185명의 학생들이 스쿨투어 프로그램에 참여했습니다. 학생들은 강의와 퀴즈, 그리고 문화체험을 통해 아세안과 국제기구에 대한 이해를 높였습니다. 브루나이, 라오스, 말레이시아, 필리핀에서 파견된 아세안 공무원들이 직접 참여하여 다양하고 신선한 이야기들을 학생들에게 들려주고, 이전에는 접하지 못했던 아세안 국가의 문화, 사회, 언어를 직접 배우고 대화하는 시간을 가질 수 있었습니다.

참가학교: 연북중학교, 오류중학교, 상암중학교, 경성중학교와 마곡하늬중학교(총 5개교)

※ 한-아세안센터는 아세안에 대한 청소년의 인식과 이해도를 높이고 국제기구 진로체험을 위해 ’아세안 스쿨투어 프로그램(초·중·고생)’과 ‘청년 견학 프로그램(대학생, 일반인)’을 연중 진행하고 있습니다. 코로나 상황에 맞추어 2020년부터 방문뿐 아니라 온라인으로도 참여할 수 있습니다.

Throughout July, the AKC conducted the School Tour Program for 185 students from five schools. Students were able to deepen their understanding of ASEAN and international organizations through lectures, a Star Golden Bell-style quiz, and cultural programs. ASEAN officials from Brunei Darussalam, Lao PDR, Malaysia, and the Philippines participated in the program to share diverse and fascinating stories with the students, allowing them to learn new information about ASEAN countries.

Program dates: July 1, July 6, July 7 (two sessions), July 9. (Five sessions total.)

Participating schools: Yeonbuk Middle School, Oryu Middle School, Sangam Middle School, Gyeongseong Middle School and Magok Hanui Middle School. (Five schools total.)

※ The ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) runs the ASEAN School Tour Program (elementary/middle/high school students) and the Youth Visit Program (university students and general public) throughout the year in order to promote the awareness and understanding of ASEAN. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the AKC has been providing the programs online.
