In April 2021, the number of ASEAN nationals in Korea was recorded as 543,417, with Vietnamese and Thai populations forming the largest portion. Based on type of visa, temporary visitors made up the largest portion (185,206), followed by workers (169,002), students (68,072), and marriage migrants (64,361).
