7월 6일 한-아세안센터는 아세안 10개국 및 한∙중∙일의 관광 당국자들과 한-아세안센터, 중-아세안센터, 일-아세안센터가 참가하는 제41차 아세안+3 관광기구 대표회의에 참여했습니다. 온라인으로 진행된 이번 회의에서는 포스트-코로나 시대의 관광 협력을 주요 주제로 다루었습니다. 센터는 문화관광국의 2022년도 주요 사업을 소개하고, 한-아세안 양 지역 간 뉴노멀(New Normal) 시대의 ‘혁신적이고, 포용적이며 지속 가능한’ 관광 추세에 맞추어 아세안 관광의 디지털화, 경쟁력 및 포용력 제고, 지속가능관광 개발을 위한 다양한 사업을 추진해 나갈 계획임을 설명했습니다.

동 회의에서 아세안 사무국은 제21차 아세안+3 관광장관회의 결과를 공유하고, 2022-2023 아세안경제공동체(ASEAN Economic community, AEC)하의 주요 사항 및 아세안+3 관광협력 계획(2021-2025) 실행 현황을 설명하고 참석자들과 의견을 교환했습니다.

On July 6, the ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) virtually participated in the 41st ASEAN Plus Three National Tourism Organizations (NTOs) Meeting. Delegates from ASEAN NTOs, ASEAN Secretariat, ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) and ASEAN-Japan Centre (AJC) also took part in the meeting where discussions focused on tourism cooperation efforts in the post-COVID era.

At the meeting, the AKC introduced its main projects in culture and tourism for 2022 and reaffirmed its commitment to facilitate projects to promote innovative, inclusive, and sustainable tourism under the new normal.

Meanwhile, the ASEAN Secretariat shared on the results of the 21st Meeting of the ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Tourism Ministers Summit and highlighted the key elements of the 2022-2023 ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), as well as the implementation progress of the APT Tourism Cooperation Work Plan for 2021–2025.
