한-아세안센터는 11월 24일(목) “한-아세안 포럼”을 고려대학교 아세안센터와 한국유엔체제학회와 공동으로 개최했습니다.

‘지속가능한 한-아세안 파트너십을 위한 협력’을 주제로 열린 이번 포럼은 옹켕용(Ong Keng Yong)전 아세안 사무총장, 로버트 마이클 테네 (Robert Michael Tene) 아세안 사무국 정치안보공동체 사무차장, 대한민국 및 아세안 회원국 외교부 고위급 인사와 대표적인 석학들이 모여 한-아세안 파트너십이 직면한 과제와 해결 방안을 논의하는 자리가 되었습니다. 마지막 세션에서는 2022 한-아세안 학술 에세이 공모전 시상식과 함께 대상 수상자들의 발표가 진행됐습니다.

The ASEAN-Korea Centre jointly organized the “2022 ASEAN-Korea Forum” with Korea University Asiatic Research Institute ASEAN Center and the Korea Academic Council on the United Nations System on November 24.

Held under the theme ‘Cooperation for a Sustainable ASEAN-Korea Partnership,’ the forum invited Ambassador Ong Keng Yong of the former ASEAN Secretary General, the Deputy Secretary-General Robert Michael Tene for ASEAN Political-Security Community at the ASEAN Secretariat, policymakers and renowned scholars from ASEAN and Korea to discuss challenges and solutions for a sustainable ASEAN-Korea partnership. Also attending were winners of this year’s ASEAN-Korea Academic Essay Contest who were presented with their awards at the award ceremony event. Grand prize winners of the contest also participated in the forum to present their winning essays.
