The ASEAN-Korea Centre on January 13, 2022 released a special episode for Season 2 of the YouTube interview series “ASEAN Issue.” In this episode, pop culture journalist Seo Byeong-gi hosted a special interview with popular Hallyu actor Song Joong-ki, who has a huge fan base in Southeast Asia.

As a pioneer of the Korean Wave in ASEAN, Song showed his love for the region through recaps of his personal experiences with ASEAN and its fans, as well as shared his take on the cultural relationship between Korea and Southeast Asia.
