7월 5일 한-아세안센터는 ’2022 한-아세안 학술 에세이 공모전’의 제안서 심사 결과를 발표했습니다. 한국과 아세안 10개국의 대학(원)생을 대상으로 진행한 동 공모전은 한-아세안 관계에 대한 관심을 제고하고, 관련 학문 연구를 장려하고자 개최되었습니다.

올해 공모전은 제안서 접수 단계와 에세이 접수 단계로 구성되어 제안서 심사를 통과한 학생들에게 에세이를 접수할 기회를 부여합니다. 접수된 제안서 105개 중 67개의 제안서를 한국과 아세안 학계 전문가의 심사를 통해 채택했습니다. 제안서 심사 결과는 센터 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다 (링크).

에세이 접수는 채택된 제안서를 대상으로 7월 5일부터 9월 24일까지 진행됩니다. 최대 9팀의 수상자를 선발하여 상금을 지급하고, 대상 수상자(3팀)에게는 11월에 개최될 ‘2022 한-아세안 포럼’에서 발표할 기회가 주어집니다.

*올해 공모전은 외교부, 아세안 사무국, 아세안대학네트워크의 후원을 받아 고려대학교 아세안연구소 및 캄보디아 왕립법학경제학대학교와 공동으로 개최합니다.

The ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC) on July 5 announced the list of shortlisted proposals for the ‘2022 ASEAN-Korea Academic Essay Contest’. The contest which invites undergraduate and graduate students of ASEAN and Korean nationalities aims to promote greater interest among youth on ASEAN-Korea relations and encourage them to take an active role in the discourse of the ASEAN-Korea future partnership.

This year, the contest consists of the proposal and essay stages, in which selected proposals will be invited to participate in the essay stage for the submission of a full paper. Of 105 proposals received, 67 were shortlisted by a panel of expert judges from ASEAN and Korea. The list of selected proposals is available on the AKC’s website (here).

The essay stage for selected participants will be conducted from July 5 to September 25. Up to nine outstanding teams will be selected for awards with the grand prize winners (three teams) will have the opportunity to present their winning essays at the 2022 ASEAN-Korea Academic Forum in November.
